The YH team is composed of an Executive Director, and financial and administrative director, a receptionist, 3 program managers, 13 mentors, and a total of 5 support staff. They contribute every day to the implementation of the programs and services offered to the various communities.

The Yh also relies a lot on its volunteers in accomplishing its goal and vision. The YH welcomes around 20 to 25 volunteers per year, at various levels: administrative, support staff, trainers, professional consultations, artists, teachers, and others.
